EDIT: done sort of. I accidentally did //ee.failforums.me/img/smilies/cool instead of https://wiki.everybodyedits.com/images/f/fe/Smiley_smiley. https://wiki.everybodyedits.com/images/f/fe/Smiley_smiley will magically appear in an hour when cloudflare's caches are refreshed. If you're still seeing //ee.failforums.me/img/smilies/cool after an hour, hit Ctrl+F5.

EDIT: Managed to trick cloudflare into displaying the new favicon.
