Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Re: is this allowed

Someone correct me if I’m wrong but I was under the impression you couldn’t post images with uncensored swears in them period.

I think you are able to because they are in a trigger tag. Not sure though, I'm curious myself.

Re: is this allowed

I think you're allowed to put swear words in a post as long as its contained by a trigger tag.

Swears in posts are allowed as they always have been as long as you don't evade the censors. The rules have been updated a bit to clarify that, and it's now a rule to put all images or embedded videos that contain swearing into these trigger tags. Links are fine, as I'm pretty sure they always have been.

You're allowed to when they're in a trigger tag.

right, but that first one is in a spoiler tag and not a trigger.

If the spoiler itself has a trigger warning title, then it should be fine. It's even better than the trigger tag, since trigger quotes can be set to not be hidden, and they'd just appear in a quote. Spoilers must explicitly be opened.

no. Trigger warnings please and thank you

as mentioned, given that some people can disable the triggers entirely, it then becomes the more general forum etiquette as far as not posting large images without spoilers. I don't think that's usually warned about. definitely a gray area but also one that I don't think has been brought up as an issue yet

Censored language is okay wherever, that's what the censors are for. Uncensored language (in images or videos or wherever) is what the trigger tag was designed for.
