show posts that got warned so it won tget reported again

this idea popped up in my head an i was like lets save yah froum staff some time by showing that a post was taken care of an th euser was warned for it

already added. if you try to report a post that's been warned, you can still report but there's a little message that says a mod has already come by and warned it. you're still free and encouraged to report if it needs non-disciplinary attention. lot of times if we're following a report we're only checking for one thing. so if we're seeing if it breaks a rule, we might not notice that it should probably be split off and merged into another topic.
