Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Add the ability to fully mute someone on the forum

Like for the love of god, please.

Annoying as **** user and pollute every single threads with his garbage. Best part is that he never gets banned for it.

User scripts have been posted that do this, use those.

Interesting, if Kira mutes like every annoying person, ...

... will he actually still be able to read the forums?

Users complain that they're getting banned
while they do everything exactly to prevent themselves from reading the forums.

I can't understand your post either.

Can you reformulate in other words?

His posts should be counted as spam. I promise you that if i type the way he does I will get warned for spam in a matter of seconds. It doesn't take a genius to edit a post, just time.

However I want to point out one more thing here
https://forums.everybodyedits.com/viewt … 80#p753280
The response was to Frog and Kira in the same unreadable manner yet it received no warning
Are we back to crappy double standards moderation again? //ee.failforums.me/img/smilies/sad
It is NOT the amount of warn points given (which is zero anyway) that matters here, it is a simple principle that matters, because once AGAIN for the same wrongdoing some people get warned and two persons with special needs do not

Re: Add the ability to fully mute someone on the forum

Well, with Kira he intentionally wrote like that. While with Peace i don't know if he's writing like a retard on purpose, but since he's doing it constantly i assume he just can't help it... So that makes a big difference. You can't really punish someone for not walking when they are in a wheelchair.
I think i heard someone say Peace is just pretending he can't type but i'm not sure whether these rumors are substantiated. Someone will have to get back to me about that.
Anyway, i do agree that the mods are a bit too liberal about what crosses the boundary between a joke and "spam". It's annoying as hell when you write some random funny comment and get a big fat warning because the mod has such a lack of intelligence they cannot even COMPREHEND the Rick and Morty genius of my post and just tell me to "stop spam" or whatever.

Peace isn't joking or "acting retarded on purpose", he just doesn't care.
Forums aren't chatrooms where you can just spam and flood at will and no one will give a ****. Forums invite you to type proper sentences and formulated sentences in order to get your point across which is obviously not what's happening.

This isn't the first time people have complained about Peace and definitely not the last time.

Fix your **** Peace.

I don't think Peace's inability to spell can be fixed as easily as Kira assumes.

Only the greatest scientific minds could put a dent in a challenge of this calibre. Or else get Ninja to write a dedicated anti-Peace plugin to fix his typos.

Re: Add the ability to fully mute someone on the forum

seriously though none of peace's posts are coherent whatsoever, idk why he's allowed to keep slamming his fist into his keyboard every time he does something on here

i legitimately cannot understand most of the things he says and it's unfortunate because he obviously has the language skills necessary to fix it

why is he allowed to get away with this?

if he continues to post incomprehensible garbage then anyone can do the same since obviously he's single handedly established that it's not against the roles

Re: Add the ability to fully mute someone on the forum

The issue with peace isn't primarily that he can't make coherent posts now, but rather that he was always like this.

Look at my grammar when I first joined the forums. It was sloppy, rushed, and just all around awful. However, I've grown and changed as my mastery over the English language increased. There's no doubt that my posts now are miles better than the ones I made in 2015.

However, peace, who joined the forums roughly in the same time period, hasn't improved one bit. There's no going around it - Peace just lacks all desire to improve himself and his posts, which is something he can and should be held accountable for.

I don't think he has dyslexia or any other mental illnesses that would inhibit his writing. I'm pretty sure peace has stated that himself, though I do not remember where exactly he said it.

Oh and the mods are heavily biased towards the more 'victimized' members of our community, that's for certain. Anatoly, for example, has done plenty of **** unpunished that would have gotten me banned instantly if I had done the same thing.

How long will it take me to get banned again?

Hold on, since when is Peace the "victim"? He literally does that to himself.

"Peace just lacks all desire to improve himself and his posts, which is something he can and should be held accountable for."

Well you better fix your garbage or you're getting banned buddy. That's how it should be moderated.

Re: Add the ability to fully mute someone on the forum

Peace's posts don't look like what someone with bad english would write, or even what a kid with bad spelling would write. He often gets all the right characters but they just end up in the wrong order. It actually just looks like a bunch of typos, so I've always imagined that peace just writes all his posts at 150wpm and doesn't proofread (judging by the quality of his posts, probably doesn't spend long reading the posts he replies to either). Doesn't he ever look at his posts and see how poorly they are written? I feel like he's a troll but I wonder what mental illness would be required to troll like this.

Re: Add the ability to fully mute someone on the forum

He is in no rush whatsoever to make a forum post. Like I said:

"Well you better fix your garbage or you're getting banned buddy. That's how it should be moderated."

Still stands. This is a forum, not a chatroom.

You know what's funny? He never does a single typo in-game. So why would his post have typos when he literally has the ability to edit them? If no one does something against this I am legit going to start writing like Peace and I don't want to get a single warning for it considering Peace hasn't gotten a single one in over 5000 posts of pure trash.
