does buyign 1 month of GM right now (40gems) affect my jewels in EEU?

im already in CB but does i tmatter if i spend the gems now?

It's a magical thing, you can't know if it works yet. Maybe it will, OR you might be able to get your gems back but that only works on a 2% value

My ideas on what will happen,
1. You get gold but you didn't get it after all
2. Got gold and get your gems back
3. gem glitch
4. Button doesn't work
5. Teleport you to a site where you need to sign a long contract
6. Got gold without expiring date
7. Got gold that actually gives you some thing else

I haven't played the game, and I'll have to wait for, somewhat late 2019, also, I have no idea what cb and gb means

i will get godl an dpay 40 ges for it but tdoes it affect my jewel total in EEU

No, it doesn't, I spent mine on gold and I still have the same number in EEU
