admin permission for your topic

my suggestion comes maainly form my mafi agame where shaodw is a mod but it geranly woudl wokr very well in contes  t type of topics where multiply poepele host a big (EE) contest the OP can give a few users a few exrt premissions to do in the topic
this alos comes ot my suggestion about lock levels
forum staff have lock level 3 and cna overiede any lcoks/unlocks
hosts have lock level 2
now on to some permissiosn you coudl give users:
-lock level 1
-lock level 2
-editting the OP post
-editting any post made by host or any other admin in topic
-any other thigns i probably forgot

if user has lcok level 1 he cant unlock topic if host locked it he can still lock whenever he wants
if user has lock level 2 he has the same elvel as th ehost wiht lockign/unlocking
i alos suggest forum staff to have an extr alock level 2 option so that they could temp lock an topic for an user and allow the user to open it themselves later
